wk10 day 1 terrible day of lifting today

was supposed to be a 215x1 last warm up but turned it into my first and only set cause it was way too heavy then it should have been

been fighting a small stomach bug and had a terrible trac even though i feel pretty good so am putting the horrible session down to that but was really hoping for a big session leading up to my comp.
