WEEK 24 of 24 COMP & [Cycle 2 WEEK 0 Report]

October 5th Return of The Iron Fest Competition held at Albion, Brisbane = Week 24 of 24 results:

Body weight started at 87.3kg at the beginning of the week and then weighed in on the day at 82.6kg (under 83kg division)

Squat:
1st Attempt: 195kg - GOOD
2nd Attempt: 205kg - GOOD
3rd Attempt: 210kg - GOOD and (10kg PB)

Bench:
1st Attempt: 135kg - GOOD
2nd Attempt: 140kg - GOOD
3rd Attempt: 145kg - GOOD and (12.5kg

WEEKS 15 (1RM Tester Night)

1RM Tester night for Week 15 of 24 week RTS Cycling... another cycle to go and I'm loving the prospects........ smiles all around and just watch me work harder than before!!!!

Here's the mid-term results:

WEEK 12 (WC 8th July 2013) - Chicken Pox Ridden Training..

Had chicken pox this week, however opted to see how I felft, and if so train where possible and if ok without detriment..

So, I got two sessions in for WEEK 12 (combined activities too..)

CHICKEN POX!!!!!! OH NO!! 7/7/13

Just been diagnosed with Chickenpox today, after 32 yrs without it, it's finally shown itself - I look like a leppar.

It makes sense why I needed extra advil at training yesterday to downgrade my migraines (which i never get).

I've been told to take it easy and not train if possible for almost a week! ... don't think so DOC!!! I'll wait until Tuesday and see how i'm feeling - but won't jeopardise my training if not ready.

WEEK 11 (WC 1st July 2013) - FEELING GREAT

GDay RTS crew, I'm starting to feel a new groove, rythym and lifting going on right now.. all this hard work and mental focus is pointing my fin in a more streamline linear direction.

So far, week 11 of 24 to the next competition target; agan results as per below:
