I had squatted 185 for a triple two days before and i definitely felt that i lacked power, but i was happy to get the 4 plater up without too much bother.

very happy with squats, 185 was my previous 1rm so it gives me confidence that i can squat 195 or so. Im looking for a 200KG squat by the end of this cycle, I am confident i can lift it.
