Someone tell me whats wrong with my back + bench gains.

TLDR of last couple months: Bench was going up, up to e1RM 320ish with low volume higher intensity block. Right shoulder soreness when started volume block again has stalled progress, but still, this dropoff is about what my previous "good sessions" were. So overall it's gone up I'd say, once this shoulder settles down, the weight will go back up again.

first foray into sumo deadlifting. Form didn't feel/look too bad. The e1RM is only 10-15lbs off my conventional..but these I do more touch-n-go then my conventionals so that may sway rep ability, plus its a 6 rep set at 8rpe so not very heavy, form is easier to hold with these lighter weights, who knows what will happen when I go heavy

Main gist of the last few weeks has been a nagging mid back pain that has slowly gotten worse, some depression mixed in, and squat PRs that dont seem to be affected by anything. I think I have the back pain thing sorted out, at least with some ibuprofen for now .

No vids, tablet restarted in middle of recording top set of deadlift, wtf.

Trac: Continue training as normal.
BW: 170.4 morning
