Feeling that pulled teres today. Opted to use straps, as the supinated grip was really what bugs it.

Pin Squat

Squat continues to feel awesome.

5 reps at 7,8,9 and 1 down set

Work Sets: 295x5 @6.5, 335x5 @7.5, 375x5 @8.5 (PR for weight, reps and RPE), 355x5 @9


Bench TNG

6 reps at 8,9,10 and 1 down set

Close Grip 3 board

Deadlift w/ Belt

Strained my teres major, or something in that region on my second work set. Continue to just feel beat up on deadlift days.

Was in a terrible mood today. Barely wanted to go to the gym... but then when I got there I was a machine. A new best workout of my career. Squat felt the best it has ever felt - like everything just sort of clicked.

Squat w/ Belt

3 reps at 7.5, 8.5, 9.5 and 1 down set

Work Sets: 405x3 @7, 435x3 @7.5, 465x3 @8.5-9 (Definitely went too light.), 450x3 @8.5
