usapl pro equipped bench

opener easy 407 was sikc mild flu like symptoms gill body aches sneezing coughing before meet. did not sleep 2 nights prior to meet.
only sore after meet was back from sneezing so much, think pulled muscle sneezing,
felt like had 30 lbs but trouble adjusting shirt

told 407 too easy to opener but arms in shirt to be tighter

not even week back already tonight

Db skull crushers superset shoulder presses bamboo bar 40 lbs hanging w/bands

Triceps killing me in soreness x 2 days nothin else sore

Bench down from meet need to get back on routine and train @rpe 8 for a week and longer pauses

Cg bench 225

225 x3 paused reps 2 sets

Pull-ups an d pull downs 8 sets

Squat with Texas bar

Need to stand up straight beginning better

Glute ham raise. 4 sets 8 reps(1 set 5?reps incorrect machine)
