    Help Guidelines

    If you have a question regarding your programming please try to include as much of the following information as possible:
    - Your history in the sport
    - Past training programs
    - Injuries or any other considerations

    When presenting a program for analysis please include:
    - Exercise Selection
    - Programmed RPE and reps or sets, reps, and percentages
    - Your template

    Remember, a template (by itself) is not a program.

    Also, we typically assume everyone's goals are "Powerlifting". If that's not you, then please say so!
