    Back pain

So I'm having some serious back pain and weakness, my lower back feels super tight and weak and my upper/middle back has this one spot that hurts like hell.
It hurts the most in my upper/middle back when racking and unracking the squat and my lower back feels super weak coming out the hole. Idk what's going on but I'm 3 weeks out from my competition and I can't find anywhere in my training where I could have hurt it except one day my belt might have been to tight and strained my upper back but I can't explain the lower
Any rehab or advice/experience with this that can help me at all?

Foam roll, lacrosse ball, theracane, massage. Lower back could have something to do with hip flexors or glutes.

Had something similar. What I did was drop most of the volume before the meet which kept it from getting worse, kept the intensity high so I didn't lose too much strength and just did what I could at the meet. After the meet I've been working on rehabbing it with this kind of approach: http://youtu.be/91Y50GKwy6s?t=51m18s

Every time I have back pain/tightness I do this: hop on the back extension machine and do one set of AMRAP until it burns so much that you can't keep going. Sit for a while then leave. Next day or two all my pain is gone. Got this idea from Matt Perryman, it's called a back flush. Try it, you have nothing to lose.

I've had a similar experience, I certainly feel you and I'm sorry for you. I will first advice you to drop some of the volume and straining exercises. Do seldom sit-ups as well. More importantly, try out a massage table. Got this idea from a friend who advised me to visit https://relaxish.com/best-portable-massage-table/. I can't thank him enough. Why don't you try it as well, have nothing to lose.
Be kind enough to let us know how it feels to watch all those recurrent problems fly away.
