    Image is pretty hard to see.. but what exactly are you asking for help on? You'll need to be more specific.

    This link goes to the program. I am asking if my rep ranges and fatigue percents are solid leading to a meet. Did I make any rookie mistakes?

    If you're leading into a meet you would want to peak and taper. You will still have a lot of fatigue if you go from this right into a meet.

    **Edit: didn't see week 9... I guess you already thought of that...
