    Where should I go from here?

    Hello everyone, I am new here and have been consistently powerlifting for about 2 years now and lifting for about 6. I just recently finished Layne Norton's Ph3 Programming, for a second time, and loved it. My 1rms went up drastically (425 SQ, 290 bench, 475 dead @ 175) and have been trying to stick with this program, however, I need something new. PH3 was TOO much volume to continue, mainly due to my patellar "tendonosis" which I think originated from overuse. I don't know where to turn. I would love another DUP style PROGRAM, however I am at a crossroads. If I train with less total volume I am afraid I will lose strength, but I simply cannot Squat 3x a week, my patellars can't handle that much volume at this time. Basically I just need a good program to continue to gain strength, with slightly less volume/frequency in squatting. Any tips are greatly appreciated! Thank you all!
