    This was a great read. My weak spot, in my sumo deadlift, is low to mid thigh and I pull with a slightly rounded upper back. This position is considerably stronger for me, so it looks like I might try some rack/block pulls with band and chain work!

    Just make sure that when you do your rack pulls, you assume the same rounded back position as you do in pulls from the floor. Lots of people tend to get in a flatter position with rack pulls. It's a better leverage position so you can pull a lot more weight. But it also means it won't transfer as well.
